SHIPPING DELIVERY & TIMES

DELIVERY TERMS

These delivery terms apply to purchases from www.zambilla.com

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email notification. If express or registered mail is being used a tracking number is included. Standard Shipping does not include a tracking number.

AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS & STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched before 6pm AEST Monday – Friday. For deliveries within Australia we use an Australia Post courier for express and standard deliveries. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Orders made with our express service must be placed before 1pm AEST Monday – Friday in order to be delivered the following business day (excluding public holidays and weekends) and is only available for deliveries within Australia.

SHIPPING RETURNS DUE TO UNKNOWN ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. If your order is returned to use due to an unknown address, the buyer is required to pay for the shipping again to the correct address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO ASIA / PACIFIC/ US / UK / EUROPE

International shipping is available in most countries including the Pacific, Europe, Asia and America's. Registered and standard shipping is available. It is recommended to select registered shipping to enable tracking and signature on arrival for piece of mind. However, international shipping with Australia Post is reliable.

In countries such as Papua New Guinea, packages are prone to theft or loss, therefore Standard International Post with tracking is the best option.

 

Zambilla does not take liability for loss. 

TAXES & DUTIES

International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

LATE & LOST DELIVERY

In estimating your delivery time, please note that delivery times may vary. Most orders will be dispatched from our centre within 1 to 2 business days of placing an order. 


We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries. 

Zambilla & Co will not take at responsibility for any loss of parcels during postage. We strongly advise selecting a postage option with tracking for piece of mind.

RETURNS

 

ZAMBILLA & CO can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions:

  • if the fault is minor (as determined at the sole discretion of ZAMBILLA & CO), we may elect to repair the product, where possible;

  • if the fault is major (as determined at the sole discretion of ZAMBILLA & CO), you may elect to receive:

    • a replacement product (if possible); or

    • credit; or

    • a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using a credit).

 

ZAMBILLA & CO will only offer you a repair, exchange, credit or refund if:

    • the goods are returned within a reasonable time, being 3 months from the date of purchase;

    • proof of purchase to ZAMBILLA & CO'S satisfaction is provided, in the form of the ZAMBILLA & CO transactional receipt or invoice; and

    • upon assessment by ZAMBILLA & CO:

      • the item is considered faulty; or

      • the item is considered to hold a manufacturing fault; or

      • in respect to the item delivered is not the item that was ordered.

Caring for Zambilla

CARING FOR YOUR ZAMBILLA & CO JEWELLERY

Caring for your Zambilla & Co jewellery is very simple. We do not recommend, wetting your jewellery. In the event it becomes wet, you can apply a blow dryer for 3 minutes. You can hand wash any of your fluff cotton earrings with washing detergent in the event you get makeup on it. Then simply let it dry and it will look as good as new!

We accept all common credit and debit cards and transactions are securely processed. Alternatively, a direct bank transfer is also available and details will be provided when you select your payment method.
